BETA. AARGOS is new, and it reads a lot of Amazon pages that Amazon changes without warning. If something looks wrong, tell us: that is what this round is for.

Amazon Associates checkup

Find what your Amazon setup is leaking.

AARGOS makes sure you are getting everything you can out of Amazon Associates: the easy money, the missed opportunities, and the risky stuff worth cleaning up. It does the tedious digging, then hands you the fixes. You always click to confirm.

Your report≈$137K

Already earned and stuck with Amazon. What is working comes first, then the money, then anything that risks the account.

Programs paying you

You are set up and earning in 15 of your 22 Associates programs.

Mexico: money waiting on you

≈$87K is sitting in Mexico with nowhere to go. Amazon needs a payout method and your tax information before it can send it.

A site Amazon does not know about

You send Amazon clicks from a domain that is not in your registered sites list. Amazon requires every place you post links to be declared.

Illustrative example. Your report shows your own account.

What it does

One crawl of your Amazon account. Four things it does with it.

Reports

Start with the checkup: it finds which programs you actually have, and which stores sit inside them. The Pulse then watches those countries, and the reports come from what the Pulse reads. A playbook you can run whenever you need one.

What it usually finds

Everything it finds, in the order that matters.

Four groups. The first three of each are on screen, and the rest are one click away.

What’s working

Confirmed on your account.

The programs that are actually paying you, the brand campaigns you are in, the offers you have already accepted. Before anything else, what you have right.

Money

Ranked by amount.

Commission Amazon is holding, markets you send traffic to but earn nothing from, offers sitting unaccepted. Each one with what it is worth, biggest first.

Risk

What can get your account closed.

A channel you post from that one of your programs has never been told about. A registered site list that has drifted out of sync between countries.

Optimize

Better tracking and reporting, so you can raise your game.

Gaps in what your reports can see: groups without a tracking ID of their own, programs you have not signed in to yet. Each one you close gives the next checkup more to tell you.

Two strategies, one login

Your Influencer storefront and your affiliate links
are two different strategies.

One is the content you publish on Amazon itself: your storefront, your idea lists, your videos, the carousel on a product page. The other is the affiliate links you publish everywhere else, on your own channels and pages.

Amazon keeps them apart: separate store IDs, separate reports, separate settings. Associates Central shows you one at a time.

AARGOS reads both. Every figure in your checkup names the store it came from, and your Pulse toggles between them, so you can tell which strategy is actually paying.

CombinedOffsiteOnsite

22 of your 22 programs have a links store.

Every day, not just once

Yesterday, month to date, and whether you are on pace.

Yesterday, measured against your own recent Wednesdays rather than a flat average. Every day of the week earns differently, so a quiet Sunday does not read as a problem.

Behind those three numbers it also watches:

  • Earnings per click, and all-in per click across every way Amazon pays you: commissions, bounties, Creator Connections and Creator Rewards.
  • Creator Rewards pacing against each tier, and what you would need per day to reach the next one.
  • Halo sales, the things people bought after clicking your link that you also earned on.
  • Traffic that is not paying, when a market takes a lot of clicks and returns almost nothing.
  • Your commission rates and signup bounties, recorded on every run, so when Amazon moves one you are told what changed instead of being left to notice.
  • Your storefront against your links business, in the markets where you hold both, with each view naming how much of your account it covers.
  • The Kindle free-book rule, which can withhold a whole month of commissions in a program, and how close each market is to tripping it.

One thing the Pulse found

One market took 1.6 million clicks and returned $568.

Traffic that isn’t paying · 30 days

That is $0.00035 a click, against $0.018 everywhere else. At your own rate that traffic would be worth about $28,900.

A market lands here when it took a real volume of clicks and earned well under your own per-click rate. Both figures are read, never assumed. AARGOS cannot tell you what breaks between the click and the checkout. It can tell you that something does.

How it works

Check, then fix. You approve every step.

01

It checks

AARGOS opens the dashboards you are signed in to and reads what they show. Nothing is guessed, and anything it could not read is reported as unread rather than assumed. You do not need to be anywhere in particular when you start it: not on Amazon, not on your own site. It opens what it needs itself.

02

It explains

A plain list of what is wrong, what it is costing, and which items are worth doing first.

03

It helps you fix it

Guided steps for joining a country, creating the right tracking ID, adding it to your link manager, and registering your sites. Reading happens on its own. Writing waits: nothing is written to your Amazon account until you say go, and nothing already there is removed.

When you need the numbers

Every market you earn in, in one report.

Commissions from every Amazon program you earn in, converted to a single currency so the totals add up, month by month. The numbers you would otherwise assemble by hand from twenty-two separate dashboards.

How your data is handled

Your Amazon data stays on your computer.

This is the part people ask about first, so here it is plainly.

  • It runs in your browser. AARGOS reads only what your logged-in accounts already show it. No passwords or secrets, ever.
  • Your data stays with you. Your earnings, commissions, tracking IDs and account numbers never leave your browser. The one thing that does is anonymous usage data, so we can tell whether AARGOS works, and you can switch it off.
  • Safe with the Associates agreement. Every change is prepared and shown to you first. Nothing is written to your account until you say go, and anything Amazon expects you to do yourself stays yours.
  • You see everything it does. Every step lands in the Activity Log, before and after.

Everything it looks at in your account.

Checked against the build, not against a wish list. If something is not here, it does not do it yet.

Find

The checkup

  • Every Amazon Associates program you can sign in to, across 22 marketplaces
  • Which of them you are approved in, and which you have never joined
  • Every tracking ID on each store’s roster
  • Whether Geniuslink has a tracking ID for each marketplace, and whether Amazon would recognize it
  • Tracking IDs pointing at another country’s program, and what that costs you
  • Your registered site list in each program, and where those lists disagree
  • Sites and channels sending Amazon clicks that appear on no list you registered
  • Payment method and tax interview status, per program
  • Held balances, and the reason each one is held
  • Creator Rewards offers sitting unaccepted, per store — a storefront can hold an offer your links store knows nothing about
  • Both stores in every market: your links business and, where you have one, the storefront Amazon hosts for you
  • Live Amazon storefronts, per market
  • Creator Connections brand campaigns, and which markets they are open in for you
  • Your commission rates and signup bounties, recorded each run, so a change can be told from a first reading
  • Your YouTube video descriptions, checked for a missing affiliate disclosure
  • Your Geniuslink account: which groups carry a tracking ID of their own, and which cannot tell you what they earned

Fix

You approve every step

  • Join an Associates program in a country you are not set up in, with the application filled in as far as we are allowed to fill it
  • Create a tracking ID on Amazon, named so you can tell later where it came from
  • Put that tracking ID into Geniuslink, for the account and for each group
  • Replace a tracking ID Amazon would not recognize with one that works
  • Mirror your Amazon site list into Geniuslink as one group per channel
  • Sync your registered site lists so every channel is declared in every program
  • Accept a Creator Rewards offer

Disclosures are flagged and explained, never edited. It does not touch a YouTube description.

Watch

Every day

  • Yesterday against your own typical weekday, not against an average account
  • Month to date, and whether you are ahead or behind your own pace
  • Earnings per click, and all in per click with Creator Rewards included
  • A sustained slide, told apart from one bad day
  • Traffic that is arriving and not paying
  • Creator Rewards tier pacing, and what the next tier is worth
  • The Kindle free to paid ratio, month to date and per program, which can cost a full month of commissions
  • Halo sales: the items people bought that you never linked to. Sales, not commission.
  • What changed since the last run
  • Whether what it is watching is still current enough to trust
  • A commission rate or a signup bounty that moved since the last run
  • Your storefront against your links business, in the markets where you hold both

Report

When you need the numbers

  • Commissions, bounties, bonus, clicks, items ordered, conversion rate, ordered revenue, items shipped, items returned, and total revenue
  • By day, by week, or by month
  • Every marketplace converted into one currency so the totals add up
  • The whole table copied to your clipboard in one press
